To use the service all you need is the PIN# and an access phone number.

OUR RETURN POLICY:
Once the PIN number was delivered to the customer, the sale is final. The PIN cannot be returned.
If you have a problem with the connection or the charges, call the customer service number listed
on any card info page.
If you lost your PIN number, call us and we will give it to you again.
